Brooks Taylor
Managing Partner
Brooks is a strategic investor/operator with over 9 years of success in identifying, investing in, and supporting early-stage blockchain projects. Brooks was previously Chief of Staff to the CEO of Copado Solutions, an Insight Ventures-backed, multi-national SaaS company that provides leading DevOps solutions. Prior to Copado, Brooks evaluated and supported high-growth technology companies as a Venture Capitalist at New Markets Venture Partners, a top quartile VC firm focused on EdTech, workforce training, and next generation enterprise applications.
Brooks graduated from Washington and Lee University and was selected as a 2016 Venture for America Fellow, a selective fellowship for top college graduates dedicated to learning how to build scalable businesses.

Festus Turlington
Partner
Festus has been involved in digital assets since 2016, participating in and helping to finance many of the primitive applications and protocols gaining traction in the ecosystem today. Previously, Festus 3 years working as a financial analyst for CohnReznick in Charlotte and San Francisco, where he worked on large-scale real estate and renewable energy capital projects. He brings his advanced financial modeling skills and deep understanding of capital structure to his analysis of web3 projects and token design.
Festus earned his undergraduate degree at Washington & Lee and a Masters of Accountancy from Wake Forest. He is a licensed CPA in North Carolina.
